Parents

Discipleship begins in the home. 

We want to come alongside parents to help them with their children as they seek to raise them to know and love the Lord.  It’s our desire to see students who are connected to their family where they can grow in their faith.  We also recognize that parents need help and guidance with their children and we want to be able to partner with parents and families to mentor, teach and guide their students to a better faith in Jesus Christ.  We are not a replacement for parents and families but want to assist the best we are able by providing parents with helpful insights to the life of teenagers, what the teenage world is like, how they develop through adolescence and how they can grow in a relationship with Christ.  If we can answer any questions or help guide you as you raise your children, please let us know! 

Parents are always welcome to join us at UNITED on Sunday nights.  If you are looking to help out in some way with the youth ministry or have a home (or barn) we could use for an event or something fun we could use (boat, go karts, horses), please let us know!  Thanks!
